Choptank Community Health System (CCHS) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our School-Based Health Centers in Denton, MD. This exempt, full-time role supports students by delivering comprehensive on-site health care within the SBHC program.

The position requires Maryland licensure as an FNP or PA, with a focus on pediatric/adolescent health, and reports to the Community Based Program Director. Salary range is $94,056 to $141,083 annually.

Qualifications

• Maryland license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials preferred for SBHC setting.
• Experience in pediatric/adolescent care is a plus.
