Job summary

Leidos is recruiting licensed Behavioral Health professionals for the Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) Child and Youth Behavioral team to support Minot AFB, ND. This 9-month school calendar role for 2026-27 offers non-medical counseling, with counseling, consultation and outreach to eligible faculty, staff, parents, children, and youth.

CYB-MFLC responsibilities include working at schools serving military youth, providing coaching, presentations on social skills, and building rapport

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health Professions.
• Valid independent license (LCSW, MHC, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist).
• U.S. citizen.
• Аble to pass a basic background check and CNACI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work at schools populated by military youth and teens.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff and parents; model behavior management.
• Offer presentations on social skills development and social-emotional learning.
• Promote creativity and positivity with approved materials.
• Build rapport with parents by attending installation and community events.
• Assist with transition adjustments to new school and home.
• Participate in regular in-service training or other contract activities.
• Communicate installation trends and issues to Team Leads.
