Job summary

The Bradley Center seeks licensed and experienced mental health professionals to provide school-based therapy and outpatient services in the Fort Cherry School District in Allegheny County, PA. The role involves collaborating with teachers and counselors to support students’ social-emotional needs and to deliver individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities include crisis support, wellness planning, and participation in clinical team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline is required.
• Completion of a clinical practicum is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or other human services related fields may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Works in collaboration with school personnel to assess and implement interventions that meet the needs of the student body
• Organizes and facilitates therapeutic support based on topics that meet the needs of students
• Attends and participates in Outpatient Services clinical and team meetings
• Creates a safe space for students to manage and regulate their feelings and behaviors
• Provides crisis support during school hours
• Facilitates the development and implementation of a wellness, crisis and/or relapse prevention plan
• Collaborates with school personnel related to student behavior
• May be asked to attend or participate in educational meetings
• Provides individual and/or group therapy
