Job summary

The Bradley Center's Outpatient Program is growing, and we are seeking confident therapists to assess, plan, and provide compassionate therapy to our clients. Therapists manage their caseloads and work within a team-based treatment approach, while delivering care in accordance with outpatient regulations and The Sanctuary Model philosophy.

This role focuses on School Based Mental Health Services across multiple districts in Washington County.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline with practicum.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• NCC or LSW preferred; PA counseling license or eligibility encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive rapport with clients and assess needs.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain thorough records and timely documentation.
