Job summary

Arisa Health is seeking a Mental Health Professional I to join our school-based services in Rogers, AR. This role requires licensure and a Masters in counseling or social work, with experience in behavioral health settings preferred. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

– 5:00 p.m., on-site. The position reports to the Program Coordinator and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently within a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family conjoint and group therapy.
• Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
• Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups to address personal social concerns and educational progress.
