Job summary

Arisa Health, Inc. in Russellville, AR is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide clinical leadership within the program and supervise clinical staff.

A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work and an Arkansas LPC or LCSW license are preferred, with at least two years in a mental health facility and demonstrated leadership skills. This full-time, on-site role offers Monday–Friday hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm) and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k)/Roth with matching, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years in a mental health facility with leadership experience.
• Current Arkansas independent license (LPC or LCSW) is required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for daily operations.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Participate in required administrative, clinical and external meetings.
