Job summary

Arisa Health in Rogers, AR is seeking a Mental Health Professional for our school-based services. The role involves interviewing and assessing clients, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and maintaining accurate records. Terminally licensed individuals encouraged to apply.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in counseling or social work and an active Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW). Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Document and maintain accurate case records and clinical information.
• Provide counseling and appraisal services to develop goals and plans related to personal and educational progress.
