Qualifications

• Required: Master’s degree in a human service field and licensure (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent).
• Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted.
• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a human service field and provisional or full licensure by the state of North Carolina is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess strengths and needs through screening and evaluation.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy in school settings.
• Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements.
