Job summary

Providence Crisis Recovery Center in Anchorage seeks a School Mental Health Therapist I to join the district’s clinical team. You will provide mental health assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, risk assessment, education, and case management within a school setting.

This full‑time position follows a 10‑month schedule (Aug–May) with summers off. Work hours are standard school hours, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, collaborating with school staff to

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or health related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health/substance use assessments, treatment planning, individual, group, and family therapy.
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment; provide education and case management.
• Collaborate with academic staff to support student health and wellness.
