Job summary

Innovative Therapeutic Services, LLC in Maryland seeks licensed mental health professionals to join its School-Based Mental Health Program for elementary students through Anne Arundel County Public Schools for 2026–2027.

This 1099 contractual role emphasizes collaboration, compassionate care, and a supportive clinical team as you provide individual, family, and group therapy within the school setting, including telehealth when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field and Maryland license in good standing.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR/EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to elementary students in schools, with telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain minimum weekly billable service expectation while delivering client-centered care.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate referrals for psychiatric evaluations or other community resources when needed.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
