Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is expanding throughout Anne Arundel County Public Schools, and we are seeking passionate and dedicated providers to join our growing team in Severna Park, MD.

Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will be responsible for providing mental health services to students (ages 4+) in school settings, at home, and/or via telehealth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
• Licensed LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT in Maryland (active and in good standing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, with excellent communication skills and reliable transportation
• Flexible, organized, creative, and self-sufficient

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy, completing a minimum of weekly billable hours, including telehealth when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, charts, and billing sheets
• Assess and develop treatment plans semi-annually
• Identify clients' needs for additional services such as psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or outside referrals
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and professional development sessions regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned
