Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is expanding throughout Anne Arundel County Public Schools and we are seeking passionate and dedicated providers to join our growing family in our Edgewater, MD cluster.

Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will be responsible for providing mental health services to Anne Arundel County Public Schools' students (K-12) in the school setting, at home, and/or via telehealth.

Qualifications And Skills

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• Licensed LMSW/LCSWC/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation
• Flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency are required

Responsibilities And Duties

• Complete a minimum of weekly billable hours by providing individual, family, and/or group therapy in a school setting (telehealth when needed)
• Maintain accurate documentation of client psychosocial evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and billing sheets
• Assess and develop individual treatment plans semi-annually
• Assess clients' needs for additional services such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or outside referrals
• Attend and participate in supervision, staff meetings, and training sessions as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned
