Role Description

This full-time, on-site role (currently hiring for both Howard County Public Schools and Baltimore City Public Schools) is for a School-Based Mental Health Therapist. The therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and conducting case management. The role also includes collaborating with school staff and other community resources to provide comprehensive support to students.

Qualifications

• Skills in Treatment Planning and Mental Health
• Social Work and Case Management experience
• Proficiency in Family Therapy techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, etc.)
• Experience working in a school setting is a plus
