Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor degrees in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Recreational Therapy, Human Development and Family Studies, Gerontology, Rehabilitation Counseling or Sociology.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site intervention in area schools for clients enrolled in the program and collaborate with school staff to ensure client care.
- Monitor client progress in treatment programs.
- Develop specific individual treatment/rehabilitation plans.
- Provide individual assistance to clients accessing needed mental health services and activities of daily living skills.
- Assist clients to access and utilize community resources and services for ongoing support.
