Piedmont Community Services is seeking a School Based Mental Health Case Manager to support children in Franklin County schools. You will coordinate medical, psychiatric, social, and educational services to help youth access essential supports.

A Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is preferred, with at least one year of direct care experience or an equivalent DMAS-defined qualification. Some schedule flexibility may be available.
