Job summary

Behavioral Emotional and Academic Mentoring LLC (BEAM) provides school-based healthcare to support students' health and academic success. We seek a compassionate LVN to work with school personnel, healthcare providers, and families to meet medical needs during school hours.

Responsibilities include diabetes monitoring, medications, catheterization, and assisting with mobility and toileting. A California LVN license and CPR/First Aid are required, with prior pediatric or school health experience

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric, school, or community health setting preferred.
• Experience with special education students or those requiring medical interventions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support student health and monitor conditions.
• Administer medications and provide ventilator-dependent care.
• Screen students for health conditions and maintain immunization records.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and families to follow health policies.
