PSI Solutions is seeking an LPN to join our school clinic team at Parma Dentzler Elementary School in Parma, OH. This role offers a predictable, school-based schedule with no nights, weekends, or summers, and meaningful daily impact on student health and safety.

You will provide day-to-day nursing care, administer medications, monitor health needs, respond to illnesses or injuries, and collaborate with school staff while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN License (required).
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge.
• Pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred.
• Medication administration knowledge.
• CPR/First Aid (BLS) certification may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day nursing care in school clinic.
• Administer medications and monitor student health needs.
• Assess illness or injury and respond appropriately.
• Support communicable disease prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality (HIPAA/FERPA).
