Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a School Based LPN to support student health in our partner schools. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care plans under district policies.

Qualifications

Active LPN nursing license in good standing.
CPR certification required.
Experience in school-based health care is a plus.
Strong communication with families and district staff.

Responsibilities

Perform nursing assessments and clinical judgment for student health concerns.
Administer medications, treatments, and manage chronic conditions according to care plans.
Develop, update, and oversee individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency action plans.
Communicate with families, physicians, and district nursing leadership regarding student health needs.
Maintain accurate health records, documentation, and compliance with state and district guidelines.
Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care with EMS when needed.
