Job summary

Cross Country Education seeks an LPN to provide 1:1 nursing support for students in Stafford Springs, CT, ensuring health, safety and access to education. You will work with teachers and staff to follow care plans and promote a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, transportation-related needs, and consistent communication with the educational team. A valid CT LPN license and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Connecticut is required.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications must be valid.
• Experience with school-based nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 nursing support to students.
• Assist with classroom participation, routines and transportation needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to follow care plans and ensure safety.
