Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a Licensed School-Based Therapist to join our team in Cincinnati, working full-time with elementary students in a school-based setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an Ohio license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC) and possess a Master’s degree in social work or counseling, with 3+ years of experience working with children. A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed in Ohio as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile.
• 3+ years of experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using developmentally appropriate approaches (play therapy, art-based interventions, SEL).
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Offer behavioral strategies and emotional support to help students succeed in the classroom.
• Provide consultation to teachers on student needs and behavior plans.
• Partner with school personnel to identify student needs and coordinate services.
• Participate in student support teams, IEP/504 meetings, and other school-based interventions.
• Communicate with caregivers and external providers to support continuity of care.
• Complete clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments).
