Teche Health is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor for our St. James High School Based Health Care Clinic in Vacherie, LA. The LPC will provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy and conduct psychosocial assessments in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include case management, documentation in the EHR, and coordinating comprehensive service plans. Teletherapy is available; licensure in Louisiana is required and ongoing CME/CEU compliance is expected.

Formación

• Master's or Doctoral degree in the Mental Health Counseling field.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Louisiana.
• Teletherapy certification and CME/CEU requirements for license renewal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and case management in an office setting.
• Document findings in the electronic health record with appropriate coding.
• Coordinate service plans and refer to relevant specialists as needed.
• Engage families and caregivers, and participate in team-based care.
