Teche Health seeks a Part-Time Licensed Professional Counselor for its St. James School Based Health Care Clinic in Vacherie, LA.

The LPC will deliver psychosocial assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention across child, adolescent, and adult populations, with face-to-face and teletherapy modalities under supervision. The role emphasizes documentation in the EHR, coordination of service plans, and collaboration with clinic staff to support patient outcomes in a fast-paced primary care

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling and licensure in LA.
• Teletherapy certification and CME/CEU requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and counseling in office settings.
• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy for diverse age groups.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and coordinate service plans.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with other providers to integrate care.
