Responsibilities

• Coordinate student transition from school to work and adult services.
• Assist with IEP goals in vocational labs and worksites.
• Maintain records, document incidents, and collect data daily.
• Collaborate with case managers, teachers, and parents/guardians.
• Attend CPI safety training and maintain transportation logistics.
