School Based Early Childhood Therapist - $3,000 Hiring Bonus

Job Category: Clinical Services - Mental Health

Fraser is currently seeking a clinical therapist to support children ages 2-6 with mental health diagnoses within an early childhood day treatment setting. You must hold a Master's degree in a mental health discipline and be on a clinical licensure track for this role or hold an active independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT or LICSW). $3,000 hiring bonus for external new hires!

Qualifications:

  • Completed Master's degree and on track toward independent clinical licensure or hold an active independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW)
    • Social Workers - must have a graduate-level license (LGSW) or close to obtaining
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children with mental health diagnosis
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy and skills training
  • Collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Positively promote change in the areas of problem-solving, decision making, communication, and social skills
  • Provide work direction and leadership to staff in day treatment programs

Caseloads:

  • Early childhood day treatment and outpatient (individual and family) therapy services working with children and families with mental health diagnosis.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full time, standard business hours
    • Clinical Trainee starting pay range $62,000-$64,000 annual salary - depending on qualifications
    • Mental Health Professional starting pay range $78,000-$82,000 annual salary - depending on qualifications
