Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support school-based therapy in Phoenix, AZ for the 2026–2027 school year. You will work under a licensed OT, delivering individualized programs and maintaining documentation to track student progress.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the OT team, data collection, and participation in annual reviews. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment programs for students based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals.
• Support and follow supervision for therapy sessions and interventions; conduct data collection.
• Assist with initial and ongoing assessments.
• Help complete annual and triennial reviews under supervision.
