Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Rensselaer, IN to deliver individualized therapy to students, aligning treatment with IEPs or medical plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

New grads are encouraged to apply. Must hold a current Indiana OTA license or be eligible, plus DOJ/FBI Live Scan and TB clearance where required. Pay is $28-$37/hour with full benefits and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana OTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students based on their IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish meaningful goals and accommodations.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide detailed reports on student progress.
