Job summary

The Village for Families and Children – Greater Hartford, CT is seeking a Clinician for Child Outpatient Services. You will deliver individual and family therapy, trauma-informed treatment, and crisis support within a school-focused setting, with some clinic work, and supervision/training in evidence-based models.

Licensed clinicians (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/Psychologist) with 3+ years outpatient experience are encouraged to apply; bilingual/bicultural abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (CT).
• 3+ years outpatient experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and cultural competency.
• Bilingual/bicultural preferred; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and determine DSM-V diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Provide therapy, case management, and discharge planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in peer consultation and multidisciplinary collaboration.
