Qualifications

• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief clinical services.
• Liaise with school personnel.
• Direct clinical supervision of NJ4S clinical staff to assure appropriate and quality service delivery.
• Facilitate clinical growth of staff.
• Provide clinical leadership.
• Ensure delivery of quality clinical and social services.
• Provide information, referral, and advocacy services to students and parents.
• Assist with program planning and implementation.
• Assist with recruitment of staff as authorized.
• Edit, approve, and authorize clinical reports and case files produced by subsidiary staff as needed.
• Promote program services in community.
• Build morale among staff.
