The Clinical Program Coordinator will deliver school-based mental health services, supervise clinicians, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure coordinated care in Newark, NJ.

Starting salary is $78,000+, with strong benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active clinical license in the state where services are provided (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 4+ years of experience working with children and/or adolescents.
• 2+ years supervising staff in a clinical setting; supervision certification preferred.
• Experience providing training to educators and families on student mental health.
• Experience collaborating with schools and community services.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based mental health services including therapy and assessments.
• Partner with families and facilitate parent support programming.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention; coordinate referrals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for student success.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the program.
• Guide school partners and supervise assigned clinicians.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
