Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy Clinical Manager serves as the day-to-day clinical and operational liaison between Kelly Pediatric Therapy, the school district partner, students receiving services, and treating therapists. This role provides onsite leadership and supports therapists, partnering with district leaders to ensure high-quality services.

The Clinical Manager is based at the district office and works onsite at least 50% of the workweek, Monday through Friday, aligned with the district

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with state licensure in the applicable discipline.
• School-based pediatric therapy experience preferred with IEP knowledge.
• Proven leadership, supervision, and team management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build district relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical team, coaching therapists and ensuring staffing and service quality.
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison for the district, building relationships with administrators and school teams.
• Partner with the Clinical Director on clinical quality, therapist performance, and student outcomes.
• Manage referrals, caseloads, staffing, service delivery, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Participate in IEP meetings and other district meetings requiring clinical input.
• Monitor program performance, identify trends, and report updates and risks to leadership.
