Mindfully, LLC is expanding our school-based clinical operations in Strongsville and is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to service Brecksville Broadview Heights High School. The role offers 15 weekly hours on Tuesdays and Fridays, with teletherapy options and potential backfill at a middle school.

You will join a supportive team providing therapy to students, with competitive 1099 compensation and opportunities for additional hours. A $1,500 bonus and monthly stipend are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in the state of Ohio.

• Experience with students from elementary to high school.
• Teletherapy during school breaks or shutdowns.

Mindfully, LLC is expanding our school-based clinical operations and is hiring a committed Licensed Mental Health Therapist to work full-time or part-time hours in Strongsville City Schools.

We are looking for a therapist to provide therapy services at Brecksville Broadview Heights High School on Tuesday's and Fridays, with the potential to offer additional support at the middle school as part of our backfill coverage needs.

Required qualifications:

• Licensed clinician in the state of Ohio
• Need to complete 15 hours weekly Tuesdays, and Fridays, with potential to offer additional support at the middle school.
• Must be able to work with kids of all ages.
• Experience in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of students from elementary to high school is required.
• Clinician will work directly in the school and in the event of a shutdown or school holiday break, be available to work teletherapy.
• Therapist must be organized, self-motivated to work in a busy school district and able to communicate well with the school staff.
• Ability to work during school hours and schedule; opportunities to pick up additional in office hours or Teletherapy if desired.
• Comfortable with part-time 1099 position

Compensation:

• $39-$47 per client hour depending on license and experience
• Up to $1,500 bonus
• Up to $100 per month stipend
• Tenure stipend
