Job summary

Mindfully Behavioral Health in Strongsville, OH, is hiring a licensed mental health therapist to join our school-based clinical operations. The role is full-time or part-time with hours scheduled in Strongsville City Schools, specifically Brecksville Broadview Heights High School on Tuesdays and Fridays, with potential to support the middle school.

The position includes a $1,500 signing bonus and a monthly stipend, flexible teletherapy options, and back-office support.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in the state of Ohio.
• Must work 15 hours weekly Tuesdays, and Fridays, with potential to support at the middle school.
• Able to work with kids of all ages.
• Experience in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of students from elementary to high school.
• Teletherapy availability during school shutdowns/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services at Brecksville Broadview Heights High School on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Backfill coverage at the middle school as needed.
• Option to pick up additional hours in office or via teletherapy.

We are looking for a therapist to provide therapy services at Brecksville Broadview Heights High School on Tuesday's and Fridays, with the potential to offer additional support at the middle school as part of our backfill coverage needs.

Required qualifications:

• Licensed clinician in the state of Ohio
• Need to complete 15 hours weekly Tuesdays, and Fridays, with potential to offer additional support at the middle school.
• Must be able to work with kids of all ages.
• Experience in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of students from elementary to high school is required.
• Clinician will work directly in the school and in the event of a shutdown or school holiday break, be available to work teletherapy.
• Therapist must be organized, self-motivated to work in a busy school district and able to communicate well with the school staff.
• Ability to work during school hours and schedule; opportunities to pick up additional in office hours or Teletherapy if desired.
• Comfortable with part-time 1099 position

Compensation:

• $39-$47 per client hour depending on license and experience
• Up to $1,500 bonus
• Up to $100 per month stipend
• Tenure stipend
