Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or PA studies is required.
• Nationally certified and licensed in Ohio as an APRN or Physician Assistant.
• Three years of APP leadership experience in a complex setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of chronic disease programs and provide patient care through professional and support staff.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate administrative, supervisory and direct care activities for the program team.
• Provide leadership for complex programs by communicating goals, strategies, and priorities.
• Oversee quality improvement and safety initiatives, coordinate staff representation on committees, and ensure staff orientation to roles, policies, and systems.
