Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) West Springfield clinic is seeking a Bachelor's-level Case Worker to provide services to youth at the West Springfield Middle School. The role works with a Master’s-level Clinician to implement treatment plans addressing mental health, behavior, and emotional needs, and to support families.

You will mentor youth, assist with care coordination among providers and school, facilitate groups, organize community activities, and help with homework while promoting

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Knowledge of mental illness, behavioral modifications, and parenting education.
Proficient with basic computer skills.
Valid driver's license required.
Available to work Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.

Responsibilities

Mentor youth to understand and manage emotions and behavior.
Collaborate with a Master's-level clinician to implement treatment plans.
Coordinate care with community providers and schools.
Develop service plans with youth, family, and school.
Lead small groups, organize recreational activities, and assist with homework.
