• Ability to teach skills and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Operate under the Recovery Model and AIDET framework.
• Provide skills training in group and individual settings.
• Conduct client assessments and revise treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Provide crisis management and emergency interventions as needed.
• Document and report progress to the treatment team and ensure timely, compliant documentation.
• Develop community resources and maintain relationships to support client goals.
• Coordinate transportation as needed and ensure safety in the milieu.
