Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; one year related experience or a Bachelor degree in human services.
• Related experience in special education, supported employment, and/or transition service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide career development and employment support services to students with disabilities.
• Help students explore career paths and develop job skills.
• Coordinate school-based and community partnerships for student support.
• Assist with internships, work-based learning, and pre-employment transition services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress toward employment and transition goals.
