Foxborough Regional Charter School in Foxborough, MA is seeking a School Based Building Substitute Teacher for Elementary (K-4). The Elementary School at FRCS serves approximately 750 students in grades K-4. Job Summary:

School Based Building Substitutes are those teachers assigned to a single school to cover teacher absences for ten days or fewer per absence. Assignments at the school may be subject to change daily. These positions report directly to the school principal and receive evaluation and coaching.

• Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground and in the cafeteria
• Participate in all school based professional development days and sessions
• Other duties as assigned by the school principal
