The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Montebello, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups.

Position includes competitive hourly pay ($60-$64), full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package with a wellness stipend and 401(k). Onsite services only, schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 10 months of ABA experience.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data.
• Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff.
• Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies.
• Travel between school sites as needed.

Compensation

Position Details

• School Year: August 17, 2026 - June 11, 2027
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Onsite services only

What You'll Be Doing
