Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment and prevention plans.
• Provide direct mental health and support services to students.
• Administer behavioral health screening tools.
• Document clinical activity in EMR per treatment plan.
• Follow CWN policies and regulatory requirements for records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and staff for student success.
• Coordinate meetings with families and school staff as needed.
• Communicate treatment updates with team to ensure consistency.
• Consult supervisor on concerns affecting care and compliance.
• Complete required trainings and participate in supervision.
