At Zarephath, we believe every child deserves a support system that follows them into the classroom and beyond. We are looking for a School Success Specialist in the Phoenix Area to bridge the gap between behavioral health and academic achievement. If you are passionate about helping students navigate social, emotional, and behavioral challenges where they spend most of their day, this is your mission.
Our goal is to help families achieve optimal well‑being through services that are meaningful, safe, and fun. As a School‑Based Specialist, you aren’t just a "provider"—you are a mentor and a strategist helping kids find harmony and success at home, in school, and in the community.
We believe in rewarding the hard work that goes into changing lives.
