Zarephath is seeking a Life Success Specialist to work with youth ages 5–17 and their families in Phoenix, Tempe, and Guadalupe, helping them build practical life skills and independence.
You will use the Ansell Casey Assessment, plan therapeutic activities, support reunification efforts with DCS, and maintain detailed documentation of progress and milestones.
