Job summary

Point Quest, Inc. is hiring Behavioral Aides in Kendallville, IN. The role offers $21-$28 per hour plus benefits and is full-time. You will support students with special needs in K-12 settings, implement behavior plans, and work closely with teachers and clinical staff to deliver personalized care.

Responsibilities include IEP/BIP implementation, one-on-one instructional support, and applying ABA methodologies. A collaborative team environment and meaningful work with students are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in school or treatment settings preferred.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance where state requirements apply.
• Strong communication and reliability essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEP and BIP as prescribed.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using approved intervention techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
