Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Behavior Technician to support educational and behavioral services for students with special needs in a school setting. You will work closely with teachers and specialists to implement learning plans and track progress.

The role is contract, full-time, with weekly pay and competitive benefits. Candidates must meet health and safety requirements and be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs.
• Collaborate with school professionals and behavioral specialists to achieve learning goals and objectives.
