Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health LLC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students with developmental disabilities within the Temple City Unified School District. The role involves implementing BIPs, delivering targeted interventions, and collaborating with BCBA/teachers to support individualized education plans.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Basic math understanding.
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Ability to work with BCBA/Behavior Specialist guidance.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by BCBA/Behavior Specialist.
• Provide direct support to students across classroom, playground, and cafeteria.
• Use positive behavior support techniques and teach replacement behaviors.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a cohesive support system.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to ethical guidelines.
