Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students in educational settings with ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and clinical supervisors to promote skill development and meaningful participation in the school day.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support, implement behavior intervention plans, and maintain accurate data.

Success in this role is defined by:
Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills.Additionalcompensation may be considered for prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or fluency in languages that support the students and families we serve.
