As a School-Based Behavior Technician,you'llsupport students in educational settings by implementing ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.You'llwork closely with teachers, support staff, and clinical supervisors to promote skill development, behavioral regulation, and meaningful participation in the school day.
Success in this role is defined by:
Hourly Rate: $23.00-$32.00
Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills.Additionalcompensation may be considered for prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or fluency in languages that support the students and families we serve.
