Job summary

ACES is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician I for West Haven Elementary in Connecticut. The role is a long-term substitute through April 9, 2027, focusing on supporting students with diverse needs and maintaining behavioral data and programs under supervision.

Responsibilities include data capture, collaboration with staff, and participation in crisis and safety procedures. Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma, RBT certification within 10 months, and CT V endorsement readiness.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; two years related experience (preferred value)
• Eligible for CT V endorsement (without restriction)
• Completes RBT certification within 10 months of hire date
• Completes ACES Safety Management Training within six months of hire
