Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Lansdale, PA is seeking Behavior Based Personal Care Assistants to provide school-based services for a local school district. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 3:30pm, working with high school students requiring intensive Autistic Support.

Ideal candidates have behavior-based experience with school-age children and a High School Diploma. You will support teachers, collect data, and document progress to help students thrive.

Qualifications

• Must have behavior based experience working with school age children.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in implementing behavioral programming and collect data on all programming.
• Write progress notes and ensure daily documentation.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and effective time management.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status per agency policy and perform other duties as assigned.
