Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in closely related field preferred.
• Must be licensed or in the process of obtaining RBT credential.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce positive student behavior and model effective strategies.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
