Job summary

Roselle Park School District is seeking an experienced Behaviorist to support students across populations with behavior-analytic services. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and training staff.

The role involves coordinating ABA training for parents and home providers to promote positive outcomes. The position is a 10-month, full-time role with August 2026 start, salary ranging from $66,000 to $74,961,

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience supporting students with ASD in school settings.
• Strong data-based decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct/oversee FBAs and develop/monitor BIPs using data-driven practices.
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure fidelity of interventions.
• Support crisis prevention planning and de-escalation strategies.
• Collaborate with CST and related services to align behavioral supports with IEP goals.
• Maintain documentation and progress monitoring per district procedures.
